BECOME A DINO
Recruitment & Tryout Process
The Dino Women's Volleyball Club adheres to the Volleyball Alberta Signing Policy. Click HERE to learn more about the Volleyball Alberta Signing Policy.
We always want to make sure that athletes choose a club that is a great fit for them. To ensure they have made the best decision for the coming year, we encourage athletes to explore multiple opportunities prior to signing with a club. Only by signing the Volleyball Alberta Commitment Form on or after the Signing Dates, is an athlete officially committed to a club team.

16U, 17U & 18U Recruitment Process
The selection of our 16U, 17U & 18U teams is done by invitation only and is based on a year-round athlete evaluation and recruitment model. Among the greatest benefits of this system is the fact that athletes considering the Dinos Club are able to showcase their skills in multiple scenarios. Coaches are also able to view intangible athletic qualities such as sportsmanship, attitude, and resilience. Finally, athletes also benefit from making an early decision about the upcoming club season.
Athletes competing in the 16U (Grade 10), 17U (Grade 11) & 18U (Grade 12) age categories are allowed to speak with and accept offers from clubs beginning July 1, 2017, but cannot officially sign with the club until the Early Signing Periods:
